1. Benefits
The Services are each the subject of a description mentioning the essential characteristics on the site www.sainteannekiteschool.com > Rates.
Supervised services are provided exclusively by state-qualified instructors (BPJEPS Glisse Aérotractée).
Equipment rental is reserved for independent riders who can demonstrate a sufficient level of practice.
The rental is personal, and the equipment made available cannot be loaned or rented to a third party.
As part of the rental, no breakage, loss, theft or wind insurance can be taken out; repair costs or the replacement of the equipment will be invoiced to the customer in the event of breakage, loss or destruction.
2. Price
The prices of our Services are indicated in euros all taxes included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order).
The selling price of the Service is that in force on the day of the order.
Sainte-Anne Kite School reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without notice, while guaranteeing the consumer the application of the price in force on the day of the Order.
The price does not include the price of compulsory RC insurance. This can be taken out when you register on site during your 1st session (FFV license). If you already have liability insurance covering you for the practice of kitesurfing or wing foil, proof will be required.
3. Deposit and Payment
A deposit of 100€ is requested upon registration and will be cashed.
In the event of cancellation by the trainee:
- 14 days or more before the start of your 1st session: the deposit is refunded.
- less than 14 days: the deposit is kept by the school.
Payment is made either in cash, bank transfer, checks or holiday vouchers.

4. Seller Cancellation
The Services offered being dependent on weather conditions, Sainte-Anne Kite School reserves the right to cancel a Service when the said conditions do not allow the performance of the chosen Service. In this case you are fully reimbursed (excluding annual license) for the session(s) not performed.
5. Disclaimers
I certify that I know how to swim and that I am medically fit to practice sports. Consequently, I release the school from any responsibility in the event of an accident occurring to me caused by my physical incapacity or by non-compliance with the instructor's instructions.
